Meet The Broker
Charnise Calhoun Carter is the Broker and Owner of Realty ONE Group Performance, a growing real estate brokerage founded on the belief that real estate should be used as a vehicle for wealth creation, opportunity, and community impact.
Licensed since 2003, Charnise has dedicated her career to helping individuals, families, investors, and real estate professionals achieve their goals through education, strategic guidance, and exceptional service. In 2019, she launched Realty ONE Group Performance with a vision of creating a brokerage where agents are empowered to build successful businesses while helping clients create lasting financial security through real estate ownership.
Under her leadership, the company has become one of the top performing brokerages in Prince George's County and continues to grow throughout the region. Her passion extends beyond transactions. She is committed to developing future leaders, promoting financial literacy, advocating for homeownership, and helping others build generational wealth.
Charnise currently serves as President Elect of the Prince George's County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) and Vice Chair of the Maryland Realtors Global Business Committee. She actively participates in local, state, and national advocacy efforts that support property ownership, economic opportunity, and the advancement of the real estate profession.
A graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication and a graduate of the Maryland Realtors Leadership Academy, Charnise is known for her servant leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and commitment to creating opportunities for others.

Charnise is also the founder of an Alternative & Integrative cancer support non profit called Juice 4 Life, which educates and financially supports those who have been affected by cancer. She is a breast cancer survivor, & has helped raise over $100k for Juice 4 Life to what she calls "giving others a fighting chance". Charnise looks forward to supporting various organizations, and helping out in the community.
Realty One Group Performance Gives $10k Grant to Breast Cancer Survivor
Charnise Carter, broker/owner of Realty ONE Group Performance and top sales producer, recently donated a $10,000 commission check to breast cancer survivor Kenyetta Moss. The grant was made on behalf of her Upper Marlboro-based Brokerage, Realty ONE Group Performance as well as the non-profit organization Carter founded, Juice4Life, which provides alternative and integrative cancer support and education. The funds were generated from the sale of Dwight and LaSha Cox’s home located in Brandywine, MD and the buyer’s agent, Ashlie Whalen, is also with Realty ONE Group Performance.
Carter, a breast cancer survivor and passionate advocate for the cause, began the charitable initiative several weeks ago as “a way to give back,” she explains. “With this money, a survivor can cover the costs of treatment, medical bills or just the unexpected challenges of everyday living. It’s a way for us to bring a little less worry and a lot more joy into the life of someone fighting this disease.”
