Ashlie was born and raised in Southern Maryland where she developed her passion
for service and community engagement.
At the age of 16 Ashlie started her career in healthcare; working at a local dental
office as a file clerk. With a desire to advance she continued in her studies by
attending continuous training courses and taking additional courses at College of
Southern Maryland while raising her two daughters Jaliyah (12) and Maycle (5).
.Ashlie further pursued her career by starting a Healthcare Consulting and Accounts
Receivable Management Business in December 2017 (Prosperity Management
Services).
Over the years Ashlie has acquired the necessary skills that are sure to enhance her
promising career in real estate.
Ashlie knows first-hand what it means to work hard at providing the best service
possible.
She has excellent oral and written communication skills and superior problem
solving abilities. One of the key factors to managing her business is to effectively
prioritize her workload to meet deadlines. Although she plans strategically she is
extremely flexible and able to efficiently react and deliver the desired turnaround
time for unexpected tasks. As a long term business manager Ashlie has also gained
knowledge in statistics and how to apply them as well as experience in accounting
insurance claims goal management and training others. Ashlie understands that
even with all of this experience organizational skills and good customer service can
never be underestimated.
Like many others Ashlie had dreams pursued them and made them a reality. She
received her Maryland Real Estate license in January 2019. Ashlie has now made it
her business to help others pursue their dreams of becoming a home owner. She
understands all too well that it takes dedication and hard work to make a dream a
reality. Her life experiences have taught her well.
